We are looking for A&E (Accident & Emergency) Nurses, in the Shrewsbury area. With plenty of work, block bookings paying up to £50 an hour.
Duties & Responsibilities for the role
- Maintain detailed medical records and documentation with accurate, up-to date patient information.
- Monitored patients closely, identifying signs on deterioration and acting quickly and appropriately to resolve.
- Ensure regularly completed up to date nursing progress notes for each individual patient during and after their treatment.
- Administered medication in the line with NHS regulations and UK legislations, closely monitoring reactions
