We are looking for General Adult Nurses, near the Welsh boarder of Oswestry offering plenty of work, block bookings paying up to £40 an hour.
Duties & Responsibilities for the role
- Maintain detailed medical records and documentation with accurate, up-to date patient information.
- Monitored patients closely, identifying signs on deterioration and acting quickly and appropriately to resolve.
- Ensure regularly completed up to date nursing progress notes for each individual patient during and after their treatment.
- Administered medication in the line with NHS regulations and UK legislations, closely monitoring reactions
